Saturday Sports: Sherrard Wins Boys Cross Country Regional Title

Sherrard won a regional championship in Class 1A boys cross country at Saukie Golf Course in Rock Island on Saturday.

The Tigers scored 51 points, finishing 42 points ahead of second-place Alleman (92).

Alex Belha finished third individually and David Browning took fourth to lead Sherrard to the regional title.
