Rockridge (5-1) beat Galesburg (0-7) 11-1 in five innings in softball Wednesday.
Galesburg plated a run in the top of the first inning. The Rockets scored the final 11 runs of the game, including six in the bottom of the first. Taylor Dieterich went 3-4 with two home runs and three RBI. Stella Riley also went deep and drove in three runs for the Rockets.
Tatum Lowe earned the win in the pitcher’s circle, allowing one run on three hits in five innings. She struck out nine batters.
