The 82nd Annual New Windsor Fair, Rodeo, and Horse Show gets underway next week. Part of the festivities is the annual Kiddie Parade. It’s scheduled for Saturday, August 20th, at 1 p.m.
There are eight classes that are judged: wagons, famous characters, bicycle and tricycle, humor, pets, motorized, floats, and businesses and organizations. Parade organizer Debbie Willems says they’re hoping for more kids to get involved.
