A New Windsor man has been taken into custody on a $250,000 warrant from Rock Island County for an aggravated DUI charge. Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 49 year old Doug Shull at his home on Monday. His latest DUI case involves a traffic stop in Rock Island in late February. Shull is scheduled to be arraigned on May 14th in Rock Island County Circuit Court. He was sentenced to three years in prison in November of 2016 for a third driving while revoked conviction. That sentence was out of Mercer County Circuit Court.
