An independent film that was shot in Aledo will be showcased at the Phoenix Film Festival. The dates are this Friday and Saturday and then next Wednesday. The screening will also include a “Q and A” session with Suzy Bogguss, who provided music for the film. “Everything Fun You Could Possibly Do In Aledo, Illinois” was filmed during the June of 2022 Rhubarb Festival.
The Aledo movie will also be an official selection at the “Farm to Film Fest” in Washington, Iowa, April 20-21.
