Eleven properties are up for bid through Mercer County’s annual delinquent tax sale. Bidder’s packets and sale catalogs are available at “iltaxsale.com.” The properties are delinquent for 2016 and prior real estate taxes. The required minimum bid is $827 per item. All sealed bids must be mailed and received or dropped off in the Mercer County Treasurer’s Office drop box located at the Mercer County Courthouse, 100 SE 3rd Street, Aledo, IL 61231 no later than the close of business on Oct. 30.
