The Mercer County boys track team captured the Golden Eagle Invitational Tuesday while Knoxville won the girls event. Mercer County’s hopes of competing for the Lincoln Trail baseball title were dealt a serious blow Tuesday as they were swept in a double header at Princeville. The Golden Eagles softball team split their two games with the Princesses. Rockridge out slugged United Township in non-conference play.
