Mercer County overcame an 11-9 first quarter deficit to defeat Rockridge in girls play on Saturday in the Erie Warkins Cardinal Classic. In boys action, Mercer County fell to Riverdale at Erie, Rockridge lost to consolation champs Jacksonville in Macomb, and the Orion Chargers won two games in Erie by a combined 29 points.
