The Mercer County Health Department reaches an important milestone Friday. All staff at the Sherrard and Mercer County school districts who wanted the COVID vaccine have now received the second dose. Sherrard superintendent Alan Boucher says that’s a good sign.
Mercer County superintendent Scott Petrie says the collaboration with the health department has been great through the entire vaccine process.
Sherrard and MERCO staff received the first dose in late January.
