Due to several factors, this will be a bad year for ticks in the woods of western Illinois. The executive director of the Illinois Lyme Association, Jennifer Russell, says hunters should take some precautions.
Russell says another thing that makes it worse is that the symptoms for Lyme disease are similar to Covid-19.
