Local State Rep. Mike Halpin is hosting Town Hall meeting in lower Rock Island County later this month. The event will be Friday, February 22nd at 1 p.m. at Andalusia Village Hall. Halpin says he will offer his plans for economic development and other legislation as well as accept feedback from constituents.
