In high school volleyball action Thursday night, Mercer County, Sherrard and Orion all posted victories. Mercer County beat Ridgewood in a non-conference match between Lincoln Trail Conference teams, Sherrard beat Morrison in the TRAC and Orion topped Davenport North.
