Multiple agencies respond to a domestic trouble call in New Windsor over the weekend. After investigating the complaint, Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Josiah Cecil of New Windsor on Saturday for domestic battery and resisting a peace officer. Tri-County Ambulance and New Windsor Fire Department first responders were also dispatched to the scene to assess involved parties. Cecil was transported to the Mercer County Jail, where he is being held pending a bond hearing.
