State Police announcing that criminal charges have been filed in connection with a fatal accident in Warren County last Sunday. 31 year old Justin Howell from Bushnell was killed in the one-car crash. He was a passenger in a car driven by 32 year old Craig Sloan of Avon. Sloan has been arrested on a warrant charging him with Reckless Homicide, Aggravated Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, and Failure to Report an Accident Involving Personal Injury or Death. Three other people have also been charged with Obstruction of Justice in the case—33 year old Clinton Jones from Bushnell; 23 year old Kristyn Susan Marie Ford from Avon and 25 year old Santana Duckwiler from Bushnell. The fatal crash occurred at 23rd Avenue at Wingate Drive near Little Swan Lake.
