Bond has been set at $150,000 for a Keithsburg man facing a felony charge of sexual relations within families. The figure was set today in Mercer County Circuit Court for 45 year old Kevin Hockenberry. Hockenberry had been out on bond since last June, but that was revoked in late January. The Class 3 felony is in connection with an alleged incident that occurred last April. He is also facing felony charges in two other cases including perjury and false reporting as well as two misdemeanor counts of violating an order of protection. Hockenberry remains in custody at the Mercer County Jail. A pre-trial conference is set for March 16.
