The attorney for Mark Artcher has filed a motion for substitution of judge. No hearing date has been scheduled. Defense counsel Katherine Drummond is moving to substitute Judge Richard Zimmer. Artcher is charged in a sex assault investigation–facing a Class X felony and two Class 2 felonies in connection with three victims under the age of 13. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 17th. Artcher remains free on $100,000 bond.
