Advance Illinois is teaming up with local schools to hold a regional event on Thursday on the state’s education system.
Black Hawk College, Western Illinois University and the East Moline School District are helping host the event, which will look at how Illinois’ education system is performing post-pandemic and what the data showS for local students.
State Sen. Mike Halpin (D-Rock Island) highlights some of the findings.
The event is from 8 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the East Moline School District Administration Building.
