Sherrard High School senior Megan Bowlyou was at the Illinois State Capitol on Wednesday promoting the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program. She spoke about the experience with WRMJ on Thursday. Bowlyou also serves as Miss Blackhawk Valley’s Teen 2024.
