The Rockridge Rockets overcame a slow start to down the Pittsfield Saukees in the opening game of the Western-Macomb Holiday Tournament setting up a quarterfinal game with Monmouth Roseville. Sherrard opened their first trip to the Eastland Tournament with a victory over Amboy Wednesday.
