A Nov. 28 status hearing scheduled for a New Windsor man charged in separate attempted murder cases in Mercer County. The date was set Monday morning in Mercer County Circuit Court for 32-year-old Trenton Deshane. His attorney will be filing a motion to have another doctor complete a fitness report.
Deshane has been in the Mercer County Jail since July 25. He was arrested following a shooting investigation in New Windsor where a victim was discovered with two gunshot wounds.
In August, he was charged following an incident while in custody at the jail, according to Mercer County State’s Attorney Grace Simpson.
Deshane’s bond is $750,000 in the shooting case and $500,000 in the jail incident. He remains in custody.
