Aledo plans to hire a new city administrator sometime this year and the position will be separate from the police chief job. Mayor Chris Hagloch was asked about the job search last week as Chris Sullivan remains on paid leave awaiting trial in an official misconduct and battery case.
Sullivan is due back in court on April 3.
