An out of state man arrested in the lobby of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department over the weekend. Travis Phend of Wisconsin was a wanted subject locally for failure to appear on a Mercer County DUI charge. Phend was also wanted on multiple Michigan warrants for carjacking and assault with a deadly weapon. He was taken into custody Sunday and is being held in the Mercer County Jail with no bond.
