The Mercer County Board has signed off on a conditional use permit for a 43-acre solar farm near Viola. The action taken Tuesday night. Kiera Gavin represents Cultivate Power. She says the proposed site for the project is in Greene Township, just north of Viola off U.S. 67.
The Mercer County Zoning Board approved the conditional use permit last month.
