The Aledo City Council has approved a TIF incentive package for the former Fell Station property. The developer is Ty Cutkomp.
The TIF incentive package amounts to just under $80,000.
Also Monday night, the council learned that alderman Zach Frick is resigning. He is moving outside of his ward.
