Residential Development Agreement On Monday’s Aledo City Council Agenda

The Aledo City Council set to act on a residential development agreement. The property involves the Sponsler Manor Third Addition on the northeast part of town, which was the subject of a special committee meeting earlier this year where Mayor Chris Hagloch was happy to discuss housing growth opportunities.

A total of 41 lots would be involved in the development, likely developed in multiple phases per the January committee meeting.

During discussion in January, city attorney Mark Walton was asked if the city could assume ownership of Sponsler Lake.

The development agreement is on Monday night’s city council agenda.
