A Davenport man arrested on a Mercer County warrant for resisting a peace officer. 38 year old Gustavo Roberto Lopez was extradited from the Scott County Jail on Tuesday. A Mercer County Sheriff’s Department press release says Lopez also has outstanding warrants for drug charges out of Fairfax, Virginia. He is being held in the Mercer County Jail.
