A Matherville woman’s probation has been modified in a methamphetamine case. 26 year old Erica Sandusky was given 18-days in the Mercer County Jail today in Mercer County Circuit Court and also fined $300. She was arrested for a probation violation last month. Judge Ted Kutsunis ordered her to report to the Mercer County Jail on December 1. Sandusky pleaded guilty to a Class 2 felony meth charge in September and was placed on 24-months’ probation and was ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and any recommended treatment. The agreement also included 30 hours of community service and $500 in fines and court costs. Sandusky was originally arrested in a 2015 meth bust. An arrest warrant has been issued for the co-defendant in the case—23 year old Charles Peacock of Milan stemming from a probation violation. His whereabouts are unknown.
