Mercer County and Rockridge are in the IHSA Class 2A Football Playoffs. Both teams heard their names announced when the parings were released on Saturday night. The Golden Eagles will host Sterling Newman Central Catholic at George Pratt Memorial Field in the first round. The Rockets will hit the road to take on Tri-Valley in Downs.
