An Aledo man has waived his preliminary hearing in a criminal sexual assault case. 20 year old Gunner Terry faces two Class X felonies. He was arrested last month following an investigation by the Aledo Police Department. A pre-trial conference is now set for June 5th. Both charges involve the same victim under the age of 13. Class X felonies are punishable by 6 to 30 years in prison upon conviction. Terry remains in custody on $250,000 bond.
