Sherrard rolled Morrison 14-2 in five innings in a matchup of teams that were off to undefeated starts in softball on Monday.
The Tigers (4-0) led 1-0 through three innings before breaking the game open by scoring eight runs in the top of the fourth. Morrison (5-1) plated two runs in the bottom half of the inning. Sherrard responded with five more runs in the top of the fifth.
Ava Stanley hit a home run and drove in three runs for the Tigers. Makensie Westfall also had three RBI in the win.
Westfall was the winning pitcher for Sherarrd, allowing two unearned runs in five innings.
