Rockridge Grad, Wisconsin Freshman Kendra Lewis Named First Team All-Big Ten

2024 Rockridge High School graduate and University of Wisconsin freshman softball standout Kendra Lewis earned first team all-conference honors for the 2025 season, the Big Ten announced Friday.

With her .408 batting average, .650 slugging percentage, and 1.092 OPS, Lewis set new Wisconsin freshman records in each of those statisical categories. Lewis’s .408 batting average is the sixth-highest ever in the Badger softall program. She hit seven home runs and racked up 39 RBI in her freshman campaign.

Lewis was also was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team. She was one of three freshman to be selected first team all-conference in the Big Ten.

During her four years at Rockridge, Lewis led the Rockets to three Class 2A state championships and a third-place finish.
