The ongoing pandemic impacting both revenues and expenditures as it relates to the housing of foreign inmates at the Mercer County Jail. The county has arrangements with the U.S. Marshals Service, Cook County and Warren County says Sheriff Dusty Terrill.
Currently, the county is housing 16 federal inmates, three from Cook County and one from Warren County, along with 17 Mercer County inmates.
