WRMJ spoke with Sherrard High School junior cross country runner Alex Belha for the High School Sports Spotlight on Thursday.
Belha was a medalist at the Oregon Invitational over the weekend, finishing 11th as an individual. The Tigers took fifth as a team in the 29-team field.
Belha was a state qualifier in 2024.
