Mercer County earned a win on Homecoming Friday night, beating Ridgewood 64-6 at George Pratt Memorial Field. The Golden Eagles led 48-6 at halftime. Mercer County running back David Meece scored three touchdowns in the first half. The Golden Eagles are 4-3.
Rockridge beat Sherrard at home Friday night 56-7. Peyton Locke scored the first two touchdowns of the game for the Rockets to give his team a 14-0 lead. Rockridge is 4-3.
Orion came away with a shutout victory in a must-win game 30-0 over Morrison at home Friday night. The Chargers led 7-0 at halftime and added three touchdowns and a field goal in the second half. Orion is 3-4.
