From this union, two children were born, Haley and David.
Dan retired after many years with John Deere PDC. After retiring, he worked with both Rock Island and Mercer County Sheriff’s Department as Court House Security. In his spare time, he was an outdoorsman through and through. He especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping with the family when they were younger. Dan loved to figure out how things worked or how to make something. He liked to stay busy, often cooking with a passion for all things BBQ. Dan liked working on cars, especially the 1983 Monte Carlo he and David restored. Overall, Dan was a private person, devoting his time to his family and his Lord.
