The Aledo Opera House’s summer family movie series starts Wednesday.
Every Wednesday until mid-September, the Aledo Opera House will be showing a classic DreamWorks film at 6 p.m., according to Director of Operations Nathan Sipes.
The first movie is Shrek on Wednesday. Other titles include Penguins of Madagascar on Aug. 6, Shrek 2 on Aug. 13, Puss in Boots on Aug. 27, Kung Fu Panda on Sept. 3 and Puss in Boots: The Last Wish on Sept. 10.
The Opera House says a special announcement will be made for Aug. 20.
