A Class 1 felony criminal sexual assault charge has been filed against an Aledo man. 23 year old Benjamin T. Moushon was taken into custody Friday. The arrest stems from a complaint that was received by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department last month. Bond has been set at $50,000. Moushon is being held at the Mercer County Jail awaiting an October 30th preliminary hearing.
