Ginger Arlene Jameson, 71 of New Boston, passed away Monday, August 31, 2026, at her home in New Boston. A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be left to the New Boston Volunteer Fire Department. Fippinger Funeral Home in Aledo has been entrusted with the arrangements. Ginger was born on February 25, 1955, in Sandwich, Illinois, the daughter of Vernon and Margaret Inman Dale. She married Terry Jameson on October 22, 1988, in Muscatine, Iowa. Together they were married for 37 years.
She worked for the Jaydon Distributing Company for many years and was a waitress for local restaurants.
Those left to cherish her memory is her husband, Terry Jameson of New Boston; children, David (Shirley) Shearer of Aledo, Mark (Amy) Shearer of Aledo, Ryan (Lisa) Koplin of Coralville, Iowa, Michael Jameson of Joy, and Jennifer Jameson of Muscatine, Iowa; many grandchildren; and many more family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Michael Dale, Tom Dale, Patrick Dale, and Sean Dale; and sister, Linda Nelson.
