That’s developer John Davidshofer. He held a community input meeting Thursday night for the $11-million redevelopment project that will include 30 workforce housing units at the old school. He was pleased with the meeting turnout.
The meeting was held at the Mercer County VFW. Construction is set to begin in the fall of 2022 and will take around ten-and-a-half months to finish.
