Plenty of summer events remaining in the WRMJ listening area. The Illinois City Fireman’s Festival is August 14. It serves as an important fundraiser for the Illinois City/Buffalo Prairie Fire Department says volunteer firefighter Rex Danner. He’s been with the department for 31 years.
