Visitors to this year’s Mercer County Fair should see some major improvements when it comes to the grandstand and other parts of the fair. Fair Board President Rex McWhorter and director Barney Lloyd were guests on WRMJ’s Focus program Wednesday and they discussed what patrons will find this year. Lloyd explains some of the improvements to the grandstand.
Lloyd also said there will be a new location for the beer garden and a new distributor.
This year’s Mercer County Fair will be July 9th through the 12th.
