WRMJ spoke with Manual High School boys basketball coach Marvin Jordan in Champaign on Thursday after the Rams beat Tolono Unity 62-57 in the IHSA 2A state semifinals.
With the win, Manual advanced to its first state championship game since 2010, which Jordan played in. The Rams will be trying to win the program’s sixth state championship on Saturday and first since 1997.
