Aledo’s Vashti Village is currently accepting applications for comfortable low income housing for independent seniors and disabled persons. Each apartment has 550 square feet of living space that includes separate bedroom and full kitchen. Appliances are furnished and utilities are included, except for electricity. Rent is based on income, and independent seniors age 62 or older, or disabled persons age 18 and older are invited to apply. Pick up a rental application in person, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 609 NW 4th Avenue, Aledo.
