Riverdale never trailed in a 55-31 win over Sherrard in girls basketball on Thursday.
The Rams (23-3, 8-0 TRAC West) outscored the Tigers 18-6 in the first quarter and led by double digits for the rest of the night. Riverdale extended its advantage to 31-14 at halftime and led by as many as 26 points in the second half.
Cayleigh Hungate scored a game-high 22 points, while Amarah Coleman added 11 in the win.
Grace Bohnert led Sherrard (15-8, 6-2 TRAC West) with 11 points.
With the win, Riverdale clinched a share of the TRAC West championship. The Rams can win the conference outright with one more conference win.
