Mercer County Sheriff Deputies made a high speed arrest Tuesday evening. According to the media release, 20-year-old Kyle O’Toole of Aledo was traveling about a mile south of Aledo on Route 94, near 70th Avenue, when in-car radar clocked him at speeds exceeding 125 miles per hour. O’Toole was arrested for driving at criminal speeds in excess of 35 mph, a class A misdemeanor. O’Toole also received two other citations for not having a driver’s license on his person and not having proof of insurance.
