A Henry County business has established a mental health resource for farmers.
Heather and Matt Gritton own Lynn Implement Repair in Lynn Center and started an Ag Chapter of the Gray Matters Collective, a mental health advocacy group that provides support and professional help for people struggling with their mental wellbeing. They have launched monthly “Barn Talks” around Henry County to offer support to local members of the ag community.
The next “Barn Talk” is scheduled for May 22.
Locally, Mercer County, Sherrard, Rockridge and Orion High Schools have Gray Matters chapters.
