Several fireworks displays in Mercer County this week. Matherville gets things started Wednesday night with fireworks shot off over Matherville Lake. Aledo will host a show Thursday night says Mayor Chris Hagloch.
There will also be fireworks in Keithsburg on Friday night. The town will also host a 4 p.m. parade plus other activities on Friday.
