Local farmers invited to a carbon markets program hosted by the University of Illinois Extension this week. It’s all about what questions they should be asking says the extension’s Sarah Sellers.
The program is Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Holiday Inn in Rock Island. You can register at go.illinois.edu/CarbonMarkets101. There will also be a session on Precision Conservation Management offered by University of Illinois’ Gary Schnitkey.
