A traffic stop in Mercer County leads to methamphetamine charges against a Quad City man. Justin R. Davis of Davenport was pulled over by Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies on U.S. 67. He was cited for driving revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth. Davis was transported to the Mercer County Jail, where he awaits a bond hearing.
