Along with great country music and your local Western Illinois News, here is some other special programming you’ll hear on WRMJ!
With “Stay in Place” still in effect, WRMJ will once again broadcast three church services Sunday, May 10th. At 10:30 a.m., we will carry the First Baptist Church of Aledo service. At 11:15 a.m., we will air Mass from St. Catherine’s in Aledo celebrated by Fr. John Thieryoung. And at 5:10 p.m., we will broadcast the service from the Aledo United Methodist Church.
Then, WRMJ’s “The Edge of Country” comes to you on Sunday at 6 p.m. with your host, Kyle McEwen. Since 2014, we’ve played the music you just don’t hear on FM radio — Southern Rock, Alternative Country, Texas Music, Honky Tonk, Bluegrass, and more! Plus, catch new artists just breaking out. “The Edge of Country,” heard every Sunday at 6 p.m. on WRMJ 102.3 FM, is powered by Lloyd’s House of Burgess; Doug Kiddoo, your friendly, local crop insurance agent in Joy; and Country Financial Representative John Waugh. Check out “The Edge of Country” anytime on our website, Facebook or Twitter.
And you can enjoy classic Cardinals baseball games from their 2011 World Series winning season! World Series game replays have started with Game 7 on Monday, May 11. Games are broadcast at 6:15 p.m. each weekday, 6 p.m. on Saturday, and noon on Sunday.
